I have tried several times to apply for a citi card online and the application will not open. How can I apply if I cannot gain access to the application?

I am looking for the best credit card (company) for damged credit.

There are banks focusing on damaged credit, so you can get one of Orchard bank credit cards or First Premier credit cards. They have less strict requirements for approval and are responsible to report to three bureaus monthly.

How do I co-sign for a credit card for someone?
